There could be a couple of reasons for this:

You may be using an incompatible version of Word. The add-in should work with most versions of Office from 2016 onwards (including Word 365, Word on the web, and Word for iPad). The minimum Office version we support is 16.0.11629, but please contact customer support if you have any problems.

The add-in may be blocked for installation by your institution. If this is the case please submit a ticket to your IT department requesting access, and also contact our customer support team via the help chat on the Lean Library Workspace site or by emailing user-support@leanlibrary.com and we’ll get in touch with your institution. This will really help speed up the process!
