The add-in can be removed from Word by clicking the Home tab, then going to Add-ins More Add-ins:
In the window that opens you should see Lean Library Workspace listed, just click the options (3 dots) icon to reveal the remove option. For some versions of Office where the add-in was installed by your institution, Workspace may appear in a section labelled Admin Managed.
