What is Scite.ai
Scite.ai is an efficient way to discover and understand research. Using Smart Citations, easily check how a scientific article has been cited and if it has been supported or disputed by others. It also allows you to see retraction data.
You can activate this function across all academic websites which your patrons use and where a DOI is discoverable on the articles they are viewing.
What is Signals
Signals is a research integrity platform that evaluates published research using networked publication data, expert knowledge and AI. It provides clear, colour-coded indicators Alert, Caution or Looks good to help you identify potential integrity concerns and decide when a publication may need closer examination.
You can expand an indicator to explore the information behind the assessment. These indicators are intended to support, rather than replace, your own critical evaluation of a source.
Please note: these features are subject to the set up by your library. If you have any question, please reach out to your librarian for assistance.
