What does this mean for me?
Sciwheel Website:
- We'll be updating the logos and colour scheme
- The URL will change from sciwheel.com to workspace.leanlibrary.com. However, we'll be putting redirects in place, so no action will be needed by users and everything will work as usual
- User accounts and everything in them will remain unchanged - all of your references, projects etc will remain exactly as they were
- The way you access your account (email/password, SSO etc) will remain unchanged
- We'll be implementing a new improved onboarding flow, to more easily onboard new users
Browser Extension:
- We'll be integrating the functionality of our Browser Extension (used for importing and annotating references) into the Lean Library browser extension
- This means users will need to install a new extension. However, we'll be keeping the existing one running until August 31st, 2025. This ensures you'll have plenty of time to make the transition.
