If you wish to not see any pop-up on the website, toggle off this button. You will then disable the extension from appearing on this domain:

How to unblock the websites I have blocked?

Click on the Settings button on the top right corner of the extension
Scroll down to find Notifications settings
Under Preference, find Decide which pop-up notifications you want to see and remove the domain in Sites I've blocked
