If you are yet to download the extension
Please read this article first: How do I install and set up the Lean Library Browser Extension?
First time user of the extension
Once you have downloaded the extension, please follow the steps below to connect your extension with Lean Library Workspace account:
- First, select the institute you are affiliated with, if you cannot find it, please click the Other - Institution not listed option):
- You'll then see a screen prompting you to pin the extension to your browser's toolbar
- If your institution has enabled the Workspace functionality in the extension, you'll be prompted to sign up to Workspace, or log in.
- Once you've logged in to Lean Library Workspace, you can then start using the reference manager functionality in the extension
- That's it! You can now use the extension to import articles to your Workspace account, and make highlights/notes.
Existing Lean Library extension user
If you have already downloaded the extension, please:
- Click on the Setting icon on the extension
- Scroll down to find Lean Library Workspace, then you can either Sign-up or log in
If you cannot see Lean Library Workspace option in the extension
This is because your institute has not enabled Lean Library Workspace, please enable Lean Library Workspace by using Lean Library Open as a secondary institute instead.
