Read this if you're having a problem with your Windows Word add-in where the cursor keeps jumping from the addin panel to the main document.
Why is this happening?
This is an issue caused by the latest Word for Windows update (version 16.0.19127.20222), we have reported this to Microsoft.
What is the workaround?
Please decouple the Lean Library Workspace panel from the right hand side of the document (click and drag it away so it's not anchored to the main document window):
The addin will also still work for the online (browser based) version of Word, or earlier versions of Word desktop.
If you notice the word add-in panel has gone blank:
- Please click on the "Lean Library Workspace" icon again on the top left icon
- You should see the Lean Library Workspace content appears again
